They offer a very powerful mailing list solution. It's a little harder to setup, but it could save you hundreds (if not thousands) every year on bulk email prices.
You should look it over. If you are a zillionair and you don't care about money, http://mailchimp.com/ offers a decent (but expensive) solution that is almost effortless to setup.
We still think Sendy is a better solution.
